Villa Oscar is located on a small-scale park in Winterswijk, the Achterhoek, on the edge of the Korenburgerveen. The area is popular for walking and cycling or just relaxing. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2018 and is fully equipped.

Villa Oscar is a detached house of 90 m² on a plot of 440 m² in the outskirts of Winterswijk. On the ground floor, the accommodation has a spacious living room with a sitting area and dining table, a kitchen with built-in appliances, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a technical room with a washing machine. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a second toilet. Through the sliding doors there is access to the terrace with furniture and the private garden. The center of Winterswijk with shops and restaurants is 4 km away, the Hilgelo recreation area is 6 km away, and the Korenburgerveen is within walking distance.
